Holiday Inn Express Rochester - University Area

Overall it was a clean room, staff were super friendly and courteous. Surprisingly as busy as the hotel was it was quiet. I only gave it an over all 4 star instead of 5 because I never got deposit back. We left room clean. Idk. Other than that it was great.

I stayed here for a doctor's appointment as I travel a distance to get here. I can almost always count on Holiday Inn Express for a comfortable nights rest. They are very consistent and I like that when priced right. It was very close to the hospital and all my appointments were nearby. The drive was easy to follow on google maps. Everything was very neat and clean. When I arrived the staff was super friendly. I traveled around the US this past summer and tried to stick to Holiday Inn Express as much as possible because of the consistency. Sometimes they are way overpriced but this was not the case at this time and location. I would recommend this to travelers with families too. The breakfast in the morning isn't perfect but it is a quick way to get moving and energized.

We stayed here for 2 days and this is an amazing clean hotel. It is very near to high but very quiet and thats a plus for the travellers who need a nice sleep after a hard day of work. The room was have all the amenities you require and house keeping cleaned and changed the towel though we were staying for only two days. Food was good too and coffee was great. Overall nice experience and we will visit again.

Nice hotel featuring a delicious free breakfast, the main proteins being pork or turkey sausage rounds or pork links. They offer a pancake maker instead of waffle iron. Bathroom is lovely, with a traditional door with a lock as opposed to sliding. The sink is also in the bathroom. Room was spacious and clean, but housekeeping was spotty. Front desk provided us with clean towels and additional toilet paper on request. Also, there is a pool! There was an issue where the cook was late to work, but the front desk associate made breakfast very quickly and we did not go hungry.

Decided to stay here overnight on a stopover to the East Coast. Was greeted by Donna who helped us check in very professional very helpful very knowledgeable of the area truly appreciate her getting us in with the Russian people that happened to show up at the same time as us as she handled herself professionally and with our room was spectacular very clean and modern. Definitely recommend this hotel Plus they have free breakfast and they have a pool can't go wrong. Thank you Donna and staff

It's a nice hotel, clean, great staff and hot breakfast! They have a small pool as well! But i want to give a huge shoutout to Amy at Holiday Inn! Amy was super kind and helpful during our stay. We had a last-minute change to our plans, and she handled it so smoothly without any stress. She even worked a double shift to help her team, which really shows how dedicated she is. Great service and such a positive attitude—Amy is definitely a big asset to the Holiday Inn team!

Needed a last minute room (within the hour) they were accommodating and family friendly with my toddler. The pool was a great added feature. Great value

The rooms was good size the beds are a bit small the TV a good size the breakfast food is great different choices to choose from and the pool clean and close at decent time the service is great wouldn't recommend if you have alot of kids under age don't have pull out couches or roll away beds but overall I rate it 8/10. Only because it's a great price for 2 nights.
